Registration and donation data

Team registration, donation, and payment processing for Kingdom Clash is handled by Givebutter. Any personal or payment information you submit through a registration or donation form is collected and processed by Givebutter under their own privacy practices. We do not store card or payment data on this website.

Photography and recording

Kingdom Clash is photographed and recorded. As a required step at checkout, every registering team grants permission for participants to be photographed and recorded during the event, and for that material to be used for promotional purposes. Event photography may appear on this website, in Kingdom Clash marketing, and on social media.

Fiscal sponsor

Serving Kingdom KC serves as the fiscal sponsor for Kingdom Clash. Where Serving Kingdom KC processes donations or sponsorship contributions, their own privacy practices apply to that data.

Contact form data

If you contact us directly (for example, by email), we use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry.

If you submit the feedback form, your answers, along with your name and email if you choose to give them, are emailed to the Kingdom Clash and Titan Group organizers through our email provider. We use them to plan future events and, if you leave an email, to reply to you. The form does not store them on this website.
