Eligibility
Registration is open exclusively to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving the Kansas City metro area. Each registering organization certifies its 501(c)(3) status as a required step at checkout.
Team registration
Team registration is $40 per two-person team, and it includes a Kingdom Clash t-shirt and a meal for both players. Every participating nonprofit also receives grant funding, separate from the entry fee. Registration closes at midnight, September 1, 2026.
W-9 requirement
Every registering nonprofit must submit a completed W-9 as part of registration so grant funds can be issued to the correct organization.
Waiver and media release
Completing registration requires each team to review and agree to the Kingdom Clash Participant Waiver and Release on behalf of both players, and to grant permission for Kingdom Clash to photograph and record participants during the event for promotional purposes. Both are required acknowledgments at checkout. The waiver is presented during registration.
Payments and donations
Registration payments, sponsorships, and donations are processed by Givebutter. Serving Kingdom KC serves as fiscal sponsor for Kingdom Clash. Both handle the funds they process under their own terms of service.

Start time, parking, and other event logistics are finalized closer to the event date and may change. We will update this website as details are confirmed.
