Register Your Team

Two ways in. Nonprofits compete for grant funding. Everyone else can enter an open team and grow the pot they play for.

Nonprofit teams

Play for your cause

$40 per two-person team. Every nonprofit that competes leaves with grant funding.

501(c)(3) nonprofits

A nonprofit team must be a registered 501(c)(3) serving the Kansas City metro area. You certify this at checkout. Community teams enter as open teams instead.

Waiver and photo release

At checkout each team agrees to the Kingdom Clash Participant Waiver and Release, and grants permission to be photographed and recorded during the event for promotional use.

Two-person teams

Every team is made up of two players representing one nonprofit.

$40 per team

Includes a Kingdom Clash t-shirt and a meal for both players. Every participating nonprofit also receives grant funding.

W-9 required

Submit your nonprofit's W-9 as part of registration so grant funds can be issued.

Registration closed

Registration closed when play started on event day, September 24, 2026.

Open teams

Everyone else, come compete

$50 per two-person team

Individuals, friends, coworkers, families, and businesses can enter. You compete in the same bracket as the nonprofits, and your entry goes straight into the grant pot they are playing for.

What it includes. Entry for two players and a spot in the full tournament bracket. Open team entry does not include an event t-shirt, and open teams are not eligible to receive grant funds.

Playing for a nonprofit? Tell us before you register. We collect their paperwork first so your team can officially represent them. Email Tyler Williams.

Register on Givebutter

Pick Nonprofit Team Registration or Open Team Registration at checkout. Payment is handled securely on Givebutter. Nonprofit teams also submit their W-9 and t-shirt sizes there.
